Return Policy
Before placing an order, we recommend carefully reviewing the product information. If you need more details about a product, feel free to contact our team. Our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service Representatives are happy to help you find the perfect item.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, and brand-new condition.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Glass products, components, and accessories are not covered under warranty unless they arrive damaged.
Contact us immediately and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Instructions
All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support.
Do not send a return without an RA number — these returns may not be processed.
Write the RA number clearly on all sides of the return packaging.
We reserve the right to deny any return and may request additional information as needed.
Important:
All accessories and components (except used glassware like whips) must be included with the return.
If the returned item is found to be fully operational, the same item will be returned at your expense.
Returns will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any original expedited shipping charges.
We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility.
International Customers
Returns and exchanges from outside the U.S. are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Due to international shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate requests with customer satisfaction in mind.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation.
If the order has already shipped, it must go through the standard return process outlined above.
