FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. All shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on location and shipping method selected.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you select an Express Shipping option at checkout and your order is placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday), it will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship on the next business day.

Note: Express Shipping methods do not include weekend pickup or delivery.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.
An adult signature can also be requested for any order. Please contact us if you would like this added to your shipment.

DISCREET SHIPPING

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no product labels.
The return label will simply read "Shipping Department" along with our address to protect your privacy.

FAQ

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

Yes — but only if USPS is selected as your shipping method.
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We process most orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST on the same day.
If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select an upgraded shipping method at checkout.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

FedEx does not automatically deliver on weekends. However, a Saturday Delivery option may be available for your location.
To qualify:

• Order must be placed before 2:00 PM EST on Friday
  
  

• You must select FedEx Overnight and request Saturday Delivery
  
  

Note: FedEx 2Day does not deliver on Saturdays.
