This book is created by Jimijae, a group of members who had completed the courses of the Institute of Korean Royal Cuisine. Jimijae was formed by the late Hye-Seong Hwang, the second holder of the title of Important Intangible Cultural Property, Just like Girohoe, a social meeting group of the king and retired high-rank officials, she wanted to form a group to build fellowship among those who had taken Korean royal cuisine courses.
